I started my yoga journey in 2004 and after a couple of years of practice
I've started my first Yoga Teacher Training, then another and some more...
It was such an amazing experience, that without any hesitation I left my office work
and Master degree in Economy to start teaching full time
in March 2010 sharing my love, passion and life of yoga.
My first and only interest for many years lied in Iyengar Yoga in which I have a Junior I (Level II) certificate.
After more than 10 years of teaching only that method, I've started to look at different ones, broadening my perspective and looking for different approaches along the way.
I have a Seasonal Yoga Teacher certificate, a method where Traditional Chinese Medicine meets yoga
and is helping you to adapt practice to changing seasons in nature and in ourselves.
I am also a Yoga Nidra Teacher, Reiki practitioner and Masseuse,
Chakra balancing, Meditation and Mindfulness enthusiast.
The most recent Certificate is Menopause Yoga Teacher allowing me to create classes and workshops
dedicated to women on every stage of her womanhood.
My teaching blends all the methods with a focus on alignment and biomechanical movement,
solid and precise Iyengar background.
In classes I will offer you a wide spectrum of yoga; general practice, themed workshops but also gentle, chair yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and always yoga to meet your needs.
My learning continues as it is a life long study and there's so many things to discover.
