For the first time I discovered yoga as a student in 2005, although since childhood my favourite pose was Padmasana (Lotus Pose), not to mention Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)... As a devoted practitioner I found out that being just a student it's not enough for me! So in 2009 I did my first teacher training (280 hours), then next one (160 hours) and finally in 2012 I've started 3-years Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training in Krakow, Poland with Konrad Kocot.
Moreover to become more confident and familiar with human body and biomechanical movement I'm also qualified Massage Therapist. The Iyengar style become my favourite one, thanks to precise movement focused on alignments; deep, conscious practice! My way to teach yoga is to awake awareness and consciousness in every single part of the body, with deep connection with the breath and mind through practice with joy and fun in the same moment.
And the learning is in progress... Best way to learn is to teach and observe my students, they are always inspiring and encouraging me to do more!!!
