Here  we are again! back with the workshop in the most beautiful Studio in  Edinburgh! 

This  particular workshop will be focused on YOU! 

Through the  yoga postures we will be exploring flexibility of the body and the  mind, so prepare yourself to be challenged and supported at the same  time. You might be surprised what you will discover! 

As always it is my  passion to share my yoga journey and beyond it with you. Be  ready for the full range of yoga postures from standing to supine,  relaxing ones, some meditation and there will obviously  be something (cakes!) to celebrate another milestone in my life!

You  don't have to have much experience or strength for this 3-hours  workshop as it is always a combination of practice, conversations and  laughter :) So if you have questions and want to share something please  let me know :)

To   keep my classes and workshops as accessible as possible, I'm asking  you  to pay on a sliding scale (pay what you can afford) and pay  forward,  for those who cannot afford the workshop, so I can offer it at   discounted price to anyone who needs that.
