IMPORTANT INFORMATION
By participating in online yoga classes, there is possibility of physical injury, you understand that and agree that you do engage in this, you doing it on your own risk, and you voluntarily do yoga practice, assuming all risk of injury to yourself and agree to release and discharge your Yoga Teacher from any claims or causes of action, known or unknown
For the safety reasons we practice with bare feet, on yoga mat. Make sure that space around you is sufficient for movement and safe.
Practice Yoga on empty stomach, at least one hour after light meal and at least three hours after full meal.
It’s not allowed to practice after using alcohol/drugs or any other substances.
Any medical conditions supposed to be discussed with your Yoga Teacher before the class or immediately when they occur.
Your Teacher cannot be held responsible for any problems resulting from a failure to disclose a medical condition.
You may need to adapt some of the poses in class to suit you better.
It is also useful to tell your Teacher if you are menstruating or trying to become pregnant as some poses are best avoided at these times.
Your Teacher will not be liable to you in respect of any personal injury (including without limitation serious injury or death) that you may suffer or sustain directly or indirectly as a result of attending our yoga classes. Nor will be liable to you in respect of any other losses arising as a result of any such personal injury.
